Moot Committee

Dr. Rahul Nikam is currently working as the associate professor having more than 10 years of academic experience in field of law. He had prearranged many International as well as National Moot Court competition with ground-breaking concepts while achieving outstanding outcomes. He holds his degree of LL.M on Corporate Law and PhD on Space Activities and IPR Protection from NALSAR University, Hyderabad. His forte is Business & Corporate Laws and Law of Contract at Faculty of Law. His area of interest is aerospace law, international trade laws, and laws in technical fields. He has authored a book on “Space Activities and IPR Protection” and Co-edited a book on “Space Activities and Contemporary Issues: Perspectives on Asia-Pacific Region”. With all his knowledge, his contribution to the organization will be really unforgettable.

Ms. Ridhi Singhal is currently working as the assistant professor of law at Marwadi University. She is also pursuing her Ph.D. from Gujarat National Law University and holds Post-graduate degree (LLM) from IIT Kharagpur, West Bengal. Her forte lies in Intellectual Property Laws and she has experience of conducting various events during her graduate and post-graduate programs. At Faculty of Law, she also conducts moot training and guide students to be a great mooter while enhancing their legal proficiencies.

Mr. AVIRAL THAKRE, is currently working as an Assistant Professor of the law school He holds a law graduate degree from NIRMA UNIVERSITY, AHMEDABAD. As of his interest revolve majorly around Criminal Law and Constitutional Laws. He has won 17th Justa Causa Moot Competition representing ILNU. At faculty of Law he teaches Criminal Law, Criminal Justice and Subjects of Corporate Laws. As of his interest, she also conducts moot training and guide students to be a great mooter while enhancing their legal proficiencies.

Ms. Divyanshi Shrivastava, is currently working as the assistant professor in Marwadi University. She is a gold medalist and has pursued her academics NLU Nagpur. She is a UGC NET Qualified. She always had a remarkable academic record and has been one amongst the toppers of her batch. She is a keen researcher with strong experience of academia. She has developed dexterity in research and thus has authored various research papers in renowned journals of NLS Banglore, NLU Orissa, CUSAT Kochi, DSNLU, DNLU Jabalpur, Bar and Bench, Manupatra etc. She has enormous internship experience of interning under leading firms like Fox Mandal, Kaden Borris and chambers of Geeta Luthra. She has also been research intern to Hon’ble Justice L. Nageswara Rao, Supreme Court of India. She has been constantly working to a stellar career in Law, with a zest of research and writing. She is also an avid speaker and has been adjudged as best speaker in various conferences, seminars at renowned institutions like GLC Mumbai, SLS Noida.
