One of the most crucial aspects of a law school is mooting. It instills some of the most important skills necessary for a successful legal career, including research, legal writing, critical thinking, argumentation, and communicative adroitness .These abilities, in my opinion, should be inculcated in a law student as early as the first year of law school. We at Marwadi University's Faculty of Law recognize the relevance of such an activity that fosters a cooperative and collaborative zeal among aspiring minds. Thus participating in such moot court tournaments is a must- that should be thoroughly encouraged. Keeping this objective in our mind, last year we conducted the first-ever Virtual National Moot Court Competition for first-year law students, and this year I would want to take this opportunity to extend an invitation to all law schools to participate in our first offline moot court competition.
The National Moot Court Competition organized by the Faculty of Law, under the aegis of Marwadi University will be a great learning experience for all the law students participating in it. I am confident that with an engaging moot problem, knowledgeable judges, and intriguing awards, we will be able to deliver the best mooting experience for all, making this indeed a memorable event.
Best wishes to the Organizing Committee and all of the attendees.
